Several styles of rear flaps are available to suit your system type or coverage requirement. We custom make every system rear flap to the client requirement.

SPLIT BACK

  • The split back flap is the profile of the rear bow, it has a centre reinforced split that can be connected or left free to curtain open to suit high loads.

  • We also have roll up straps that allow the flap to be completely open for rough load types ie: Demo etc. This flap type can also be made from P.V.C. for 90% systems that don’t require a full tie down flap.

Note: The gap between the tarp system and tailgate is not covered with this style of flap.

90% 4 ROPE

  • The four rope rear flap is standard fit on 90% P.V.C. systems. The flap is custom made to cover between the rear bow of the tarp system to the back of the tailgate or body including 250mm drop over the gate.

  • We install ropes / rubber rings and connection knobs to the rear tailgate, in some cases the gate can swing in the one-way position without the need of disconnecting the flap – as long as vacuum is not a issue.

  • We have multiple roll up straps and buckles that allow the flap to be rolled up to the bow profile when not required.

  • Load types: Bitumen, Contaminated materials, bio-solids, recycling products – 90% waterproof only. We are also able to fabricate this style of rear flap on mesh systems to prevent rear spilling materials.

100% 6 ROPE

  • The six rope rear flap is standard fit on all our 100% P.V.C systems. The flap is custom made to cover between the rear bow of the tarp system to the back of the tailgate or body including 250mm drop over the gate.

  • We install ropes / rubber rings and connection knobs to the rear tailgate. The difference with this flap is the flap has corners with ropes that are enveloped to fully seal the rear of the body i.e.: 6 ropes.

  • This flap is used on applications where a high level of water-proofing is required. Load types: Grain, fertilizers, saw dust etc.

Auto-Lifter "Coming Soon"

  • We are currently working on an auto-lifting rear flap system to suit either our 90% or 100% Panel systems – stay tuned.

Hood seal

  • This method of sealing the rear gap between the tarp system and tailgate or body is a fixed tarp section with support frame that the tarp system travels over and forms an eve type seal.

  • This style of seal is more suited to our lower bow profiles and grain / fertilizer type bodies without forward hinging or side swinging tail gates.
